Merry Christmas

life has been busy busy busy.  but i wouldn't have it any other way.  i love you my husband, my kids, my parents and everyone that surrounds me.

Gave AAU a try this year .. Winter league .. With team The Show .. Fun experience .. New friends .. Running plays .. Learning skills .. Great time .. 3rd place finish !!!

Winter ball .. Jr Jazz

Today was the last day of the season for our 5th/6th grade team... And we loss lol by one point.. I had to fill in as coach so it was my fault they lost cause I was totally lost ..lol. Well that's what I tell myself. B/c the Girls played a good game today.. they had a good season so I wasn't sweating today's loss too much. But after watching today's intense game I am hoping to never do jrjazz again ;). I think this is the age where they need to be play more organized bball and with real certified refs. Someone is gonna get hurt or the girls are gonna start throwing down if the way they played today is the future of jrjazz games .. Hehe. That's just my opinion. One girl called my daughter a bitch and another teammate was kicked by another girl.. Another girl told another teammate to meet her outside haha Like WTH haha. Vicious lil punks haha .. Anyhoo.. Good season ladies.. Way to play some good bball even when you were getting fouled up the butt .. Yes I'm being dramatic but not really ;) .. And yep.. We didn't buy pictures this season so I took a pic of our team pic haha. That's how we roll ;) ha!!

Quest for Six

.. We didn't get that sixth superbowl win but it sure has been fun in the quest..

Pictures taken during the most exciting season our fav NFL team has had in many many years.  We were told of a place downtown that host the utah chapter of the Niner Empire..haha  Yeah, who would have known :)  These are your die-hards, your faithfuls .. so we fit right in.  It was a blast to enjoy the playoffs in that setting.  Not typically our type of scene, but definitely made watching our fav team play fun.. Superbowl of course we had to do it with the whole fam .. Niners!!!!

Game Night.. Its been a minute..

I have these pictures on my phone that I need to do something with.  So I guess I will just share them on my blog. 

Game night at the Johnsen's.  Fun night for us all.  I've never played Quelf before until this night.  We had 10 couples playing.  It took us a lil over 2 hours to get through it.  But tons of laugh and funnies.  I had a headache from all the laughs.  Definitely a game I need to get.  It took a minute to get the hang of it but ended up being fun.

Dance Class

Stole this from a friend on Instagram.  Babygirls dance class at school (Pacific Heritage Academy)  Assignment was to report and prepare on any type of dance.  She was sooo excited for this assignement.  Too bad I missed it.  She researched and reported on the samoan taualuga and danced to Pacific Souls "O le taualuga".  Learned the dance on her own.. thank you youtube lol. .. Wish I had video. 

Choc Chip Cookies

One thing I don't really like is chocolate chip cookies.  My family on the other hand, love them.  And the kids are always begging to make 'em cause we all know homemade is always the best.  I gave in one day and made some for the fam.  Kids get soo excited and always wanna lend a hand.  And it ends up just being more of a hassle :).  I can't wait til they are old enough to bake and cook for me :)

What better way to say goodbye to the old year and welcome in the new year ... Surrounded by those who matter most ... Family. Everything we are, everything we have, everything we do is for our family. We are grateful to be surrounded by them all.. Here's to the best this 2013.. Bring it on!!!!

Boy Scouts

Jeremiah has been working hard with his scout leaders to stay on task and do his assignments and complete task.  Here there are being given their merit badges they've completed.  Simple and short program.

Jr Jazz once again.. this time in South Davis with a new group of girls.  Some from softball and some not. 

10 teams total.  the most I've ever seen in a league LOL.  The most I've seen in rose park league is 5 teams.  But south davis is a bigger area. 

DaisyGirl definitely had a great time planning .. and learning new things from her coaches who wasn't her dad for once.  hehehe.
