We had our first games of the season today. All I can say is WOW!!! We knew beforehand that it would be a learning experience for our team. I guess to sum things up. We lost both games. Pretty bad. Score of 10-2 and 16-0. In the second game, our whole roster didn't even bat..hehehe. Yeah. With our 8u team, it the was the other way around. Real humbling experience. We definitely have alot to learn in the 10u division. The other team coaches remembered our dominating team from the summer. They were soo nice to give us pointers and help us out.. We are excited for this level of play and determined to be the best. We still enjoyed ourselves. The girls had a good time. And we could not believe all the support we had there. And you wouldn't have known we were losing that bad. Although they were all nervous and afraid of those fast pitches, they did an awesome job.. Lets go ISLAND GIRLS!!!!
That is way awesome you are going to the next level. It will be such a leanring experience and think of how good the girls are going to get! And they are already good!
