Well its a YAY moment for me because guess what I did today.......drumroll please, hahaha I went to the gym. Yes, I got my blessed (lol) body out there and stepped into the gym, did a little workout and then looked totally lost cause I didn't know what to do. So I followed my husband around and guess what he was doing, lifting weight. Hahaha. I'll be sure to stretch before I sleep tonite cause I don't wanna wake up cramping..haha. It really is a YAY moment for me. Its been a looooonnnnngggg time since I've seen the gym. I'll have to get myself reaquainted with the place. And hopefully get the hang of things. I really need to get some ideas online or anyone who wanna give me some advice. I'm totally clueless as to where I should start out. I think all that I remember is if your working your upper body today, work on your lower body the next day but not all at once. Ok, I guess I go from there. Hahha. Wish me luck and pray I keep at it. Especially since my husband has paid money for he and I to do this exercise thang. I'm not gonna jinx myself and say its a new year resolution. Hahah. From experience, new year resolutions don't get accomplished in my book. So that is why this year, I am not gonna make any...what an excuse huh.
No worries girl. My family of boys are always comfy in the gym, so I do the same three things in the gym and alternate their order. I use the inside track to walk/jog SLOWLY, use the treadmill for the same purpose and the bike. For the past 4 years that's all I care to learn, haha. Be proud that you made it to the gym. that really is the first hurdle you have to overcome. Congrats!

Hooray Leah!! That's a total YAY ME! moment and I love it! You beat me to it... I still keep saying that I'm going to work out and it's even doctor prescribed and I still haven't made it over there! I feel like I do enough running around to make up the lack of actually working out! lol... GOOD LUCK GIRL... you got this!
