So I was going thru my blog and saw that last year in 2009 I had a "Yay me" post on my working out. About March. I started back then and prob lasted a month. And then died out. I hope that this time around I am all there and can hang. I tell myself i'm not just working out to lose weight, I'm doing it at change of lifestyle. And hopefully by doing that, I'll be able to keep up with it. And become healthy, not only for myself but especially for my children. I aint getting any younger and I need to do all I can to keep up with them.
I've been faithfully working out at the local rec. I started out not really doing much because I was sooo confused. I've finally just decided to do my cardio on the machines and weights. Of course also trying to change my eating habits. I haven't cut the yummy stuff out but am slowing trying to control my portions of the yummy stuff and hopefully and eventually substitute it for the healthy stuff.
Today I tried Zumba at the rec. OMFG..hehe. What a great workout. Our teacher had every frickin' muscle working and moving. I am sore as I type this post. I loved it. I see all the fun from gals that I know that zumba. Thanks for making it look fun and for encouraging us to try it. I am definitely doing zumba too. Hey I'm working out and learning some dance moves as well....hahaha.
