We attended Babygirls first piano recital today. She has been taking lessons for several months now. Today was her first parent recital. We were sooo lucky to find a teacher so close to home as her teachers before were in Highland. When that got to be too far, we tried West Valley. And well I didn't like her teacher there..LOL. Her teacher now is an older wiser lady in our stake. A friend of mine referred us and I'm happy to report, I love her teacher and will hope to stick with her for as long as need be.
They had 15 kids play. All levels of talent varied. I was amazed at all the talent. I had to laugh when my daughter got up and started to play "Twinkle Twinkle Lil Star" as one of her pieces...hehehe. But I know with time and practice she'll be up there playing amazingly well as everyone. I'm sooo happy she is taking piano and really enjoying it. I hope she will learn to play well and share her talent wherever she can.

How awesome that's neat that she is doing piano I want to put Tyani in Piano too... We love and miss you!
