11 years and counting..

We celebrated 11 years of marriage today.  We don't usually make a big fuss over celebrating.  We had made plans with friends and it was definitely something we needed.  We also had a birthday celebration in the mix.  We started with dinner at Pawit's Royale Thai up in the Cottonwood area.  Never had Thai food.  But heard tons of good things.  And can I just say, I'm in love.  The food was delisioso.  Everything I ate was tasty.  The flavors are soo strong.  You've got a lil bit of sweet, sour and spicy all in it.  My favorite, the mango sticky rice dessert.  Well all of it was my favorite.  So look it up and try it all one day.  Price is decent too.  Its not a very big place and it got crowded later in the evening.
Still was an early day after dinner so we headed over to watch "Date Night".  Buhahaha.  Funny Funny movie.  Yesterday my husband and I went out to watch "Why Did I Get Married Too".  Loved it.  Funny, Drama, Sad movie. I thought it funny that we're celebrating our anniversary and all the movies we've watched dealt with different issues or joys of marriage. Some of it I could relate too.  Some of it I thank the Lord each day that I don't have to deal with.  And pray I don't ever have to deal with.  Anyhoo Both good movies..
Even after the movie, it still was an early day..haha.  Yes, we started our outing at 5pm..hahah.  So you see why it was still early.  We literally cruised State St (hahaha..memories of high school) and finally headed on over to Laser Quest.  We were the oldest guest there...hahaha.  Still enjoyed ourselves and worked off all that food we ate.  Never too old for laser tagging.  Hahaha
I can't believe we did all that tonite.
It definitely was a fun nite out with friends and family that we love dearly.
I felt like I was back in high school on a group date.  Hahaha.
Still remember the first time Fo'i and I hooked up.
He mentioned that its been about 18 years that we've
been apart of each other lives.  WOW..
As friends, and then dating and finally married.
I'm soo happy that I married my best friend.
I love him dearly and feel blessed to have him as my eternal companion.
Tomorrow the kids will be back and we'll be back to our daily routine.
I miss my kids and can't wait for them to be home.
